And its safety wrapper cannot be talked around: when a question needs a vet, Aniis stops and says so, with a summary you can take to the clinic.
No. Aniis is an AI companion for pet care. It helps you track your pet's health, answer everyday questions, and prepare for vet visits. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional veterinary care. When a question needs a vet, Aniis says so directly and helps you prepare what to share at the appointment.
Your data is stored on infrastructure based in the GCC region. Aniis operates under UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) standards. We do not sell your data, we do not share pet records with third parties, and we do not use your pet's information to train AI models without your explicit consent. You can export or delete your data at any time.
It is genuinely Arabic-native. The Arabic model is built separately, not derived from the English version. Phrasing, register, and idiom are written and reviewed by native Arabic speakers. If you find an error in the Arabic, report it. We take that seriously.
Free to start. The free tier covers basic logging and limited AI conversations per month. Paid plans add unlimited conversations, symptom triage, family sharing, and access to the full content library. See pricing for current rates.
Yes. You start on the free plan with no card required. When you're ready to add more pets or use Aniis more frequently, you can upgrade, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Yes. Family sharing lets you add members to your household. Each person can log, chat, and view all pets on the account. Permissions are set by the account owner. Useful for couples, or for anyone whose parents or siblings also care for the same animal.
Cats and dogs in Phase 1. Rabbits, birds, and small mammals are on the roadmap. If you have a species that isn't supported yet, you can still use Aniis for general guidance, though breed-specific answers will be more accurate once that species is fully integrated.
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the next billing cycle. Your pet profiles and logs stay accessible on the free tier.
